What is the hotel check in/out time at Summit Residency?

  • Check In time: 2 PM
  • Check Out: 12 PM

Do I get a free late check out?

Extra 50% chargeable for next 8 hours. 100% of the room rate will be applicable after 12 AM.

Are Smoking Rooms / Non-Smoking Rooms available?

Smoking and Non-smoking rooms are available as per your request.

Are pets allowed?

No

What are the accepted credit cards?

Visa, Euro/Mastercard/ AMEX
  • A credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
  • Prepayment for full duration of stay will be charged at the time of booking.
  • 100% deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation / modification 3 days prior to arrival date.
  • Any cancellation less than 3 days notification, 100% of first night will be carged.
  • Prepayment will not be refunded for No-shows.

Do you have an early departure fee?

There is an early departure fee on some rates. If you reserved a refundable rate simply inform us at check-in or before, we can adjust your departure date. If you pre-paid your room through another company, booked a non-refundable rate or do not change your reservation by arrival time, there will be a fee for departing early.

Is my Identification or Passport required at check in?

We do require photo identification at check in for all reservations.

Yes, pick up and drop can be arranged on request at an extra charge.

Our Summit Residency offers onsite valet parking. Parking is free for hotel guest.


How can I book a wedding at Summit Residency?

Do you have electricity 24 hours?

Yes, we provide 24 hours electricity.


Do your guest rooms allow rollaway beds or cribs? Is there a charge for this?

Many of our guest rooms can accommodate a rollaway or crib. Please let us know before you arrive of your request and we will ensure your guest room is set-up. There is an extra charge of USD 18 (with breakfast) for a rollaway bed.


Do you have on site foreign exchange?

Yes, please contact our cashier/ front office attendant to assist you with exchange.


Do you have driver room facilities?

Summit Residency does not have any specialized room for driver. However, we have plenty of budget guest houses nearby. Our front office team can assist you to make reservation for your drivers.


Where can I put my valuables?

We have safe deposit box in every room.


When is the restaurant opening and closing time?

Restaurant is open from 6:00 AM till 10:00 PM
